How are potential candidates screened?

We’re here to save you time with sourcing and screening.  Candidates are thoroughly screened according to the needs of our clients. Our team completes a candidate and client assessment for proper pairing.  Based on the required specifications, will determine what screening is needed in order for the candidate to move forward with the employer.  Please Connect With Us to discuss your needs.

What type of screening do you process?

We screen for fingerprinting and backgrounds, I-9s, and drug screening, to name a few.  All of these things are done in-house to expedite the process when needed (external options are also available).  We conduct nationwide criminal background checks for all employees and contractors alike (i.e., temp, contract, temp-to-perm), and any additional checks as needed in close coordination with clients. For direct hire, we conduct a background check on behalf of the client on request, but in some cases, clients prefer to conduct their own.

Do you manage temp staff credentials?

Yes.  We manage the credentialling of all temporary and contract staff, until someone becomes a permament employee with a client of ours.

How do I approve employee timesheets?

Atlanta Healthcare manages client and employee profiles, including timesheets from our robust platform.  Employees on assignment will track their hours with the use of their device. We can grant access for the client’s designated point of contact to approve time, once setup.

Why should I use Atlanta Healthcare over another recruiter?

Because we are a boutique staffing/recruiting firm, we have the expertise, dedication and flexibility to meet clients’ needs. We’re not a large firm with quotas that recruiters have to meet. We view this as a plus, so you won’t get hounded with calls, or pitched candidates or resumes that are not relevant to you. You do not have an office near my company.  Can you still help?

I already work with a recruiter.  Can I work with multiple agencies/recruiters?

Yes. In fact, it may be in your best interest to work with several recruiters (within reason) because it can broaden the pool of candidates from which you can choose. If you do work with multiple agencies, we caution you to hold them accountable and require them to get candidates’ express permission prior to submitting resumes to you.  This eliminates overlap so that multiple recruiters are not presenting the same resume to you, which can put you in an awkward position. If an agency isn’t willing to share a client’s name with a candidate prior to submitting their resume, you should question their approach.

I need help with recruiting but don’t want to pay the traditional fee-for-placement model.  Can Atlanta Healthcare help?
